BND (Deakin University), MBA (Melbourne Business School)

As a People generalist, Charlotte partners with leadership to transform long-term business goals into high-performing people operations, specialising in talent management, organisational design, and scaling culture and processes in high-performance environments.

Charlotte's core expertise lie in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, talent alignment, workforce optimisation, and building high-performance teams, particularly within unique, high-pressure environments. Charlotte's diverse experience includes serving as People & Culture Director at Broadsheet Media, and contributing to the sports sector as the Head of Women's Football and Food and Nutrition Lead at Essendon Football Club.

A key career highlight for Charlotte was her three-year tenure at Broadsheet Media, where she built the foundations of a strong People & Culture function that supported a successful high-performing team and the launch of Broadsheet London. She is also proud of building the inaugural AFLW and VFLW programs at Essendon Football Club from the ground up, which included an undefeated VFLW premiership season in 2022.

Outside of work, Charlotte can be found at an Ashtanga yoga studio in Fitzroy most mornings. She is an avid hiker, traveler, and passionate foodie, whether cooking at home with her partner or exploring new restaurants. She also enjoys film, TV, and books, and is currently trying to like gardening more.
